Wang said that China's fiscal policy support needs to intensify in the second half of the year to ensure sufficient funding for major projects and the protection of people's basic livelihoods. Meanwhile, monetary policy will be more targeted to help lower funding costs for smaller businesses, as there have been signs of marginal policy fine-tuning by the central bank, he added.
Wang is a first-time member of the 13th National Committee of the CPPCC, which he considers a great responsibility. His proposal suggested the government and airlines strengthen the management of airspace resources.

Wang said that China treats its own citizens and foreigners equally, and opposes any kind of differential treatment targeting certain groups. He said China and African countries need more than ever to trust each other, support each other and work in unity to overcome the challenges of the novel coronavirus pandemic.
